Refund Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
a. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
b. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
a. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
b. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Return Process

b. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Modified, or Altered Items
a. Jaren Metalworks will not refund any product/item that has been damaged, modified, or altered in any way without written consent from Jaren Metalworks. b. If you receive an item that is damaged or has been modified, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request authorization for return or refund. c. To obtain written consent, please contact our customer support team at info@jaren.uk before taking any action on the item. d. Items returned without proper authorization for modification or alteration will not be eligible for refunds.
